Re: the drinking theme. i guess i see the 2nd half as more of 2 lovers' journey in realising what is important in love, and learning to compromise. Was drinking a significant theme still? Don't remember...
Just that in the end, Daniel pretended to be drunk and gave the ending a little twist.. hmm..

But i hv to be honest and hope i can be entitled my opinion. I love them, i love the song, i love the first half of the movie, but the second half was uninpiring and disappointing for me. But i'm glad that lots others seem to enjoy the whole movie. But surely not everyone can get 100% out of the same thing, right?

hmm.. i watched it with great expectations coz i love Daniel and Miriam together. I actually ordered the movie from the internet properly, rather than downloading / streaming online. Just wanna say that I actually wanted it to be good, not just watching it coz i was bored.

i do not agree wit you, the song is great but so is the movie. and by the way the second half of the story had everything to do with "drinking", so maybe you just didn't wach it well

agreed. nice song, movie not so good. but the movie started out quite well, due to their great chemistry together. the second half of the story didn't seem to match the first half, and had nothing to do with "drinking" or "being drunk"!
