One of the best, most evocative movie scores of all time. It's haunting, moving and unsettling, just as it should be, in my opinion. Why on earth it did not win the Best Original Score Oscar in 1988 is beyond me, but it wasn't even nominated. And so it goes.

@LWOPP: Be happy that you are a lucky one who knows this fantastic soundtrack (& movie!).
I dedicated at least one of "my Oscar's" to Peter Gabriel prensenting him on my channel. ;-)
