I think that innocence is the perfect word to describe Marie Antoinette.

  • poor marie she didnt do anything wrong she was just young its soo sad

  • Excellent video! It puts her in a very sympathetic light, which I think is correct. I have read up about for quite a few years and she is one of the most tragic figures in history.

  • At about the spending on clothes of M. -A. , she was by ys and customs on obligation to pay for all her servants good clothing...that was what she has bought last year. All clothing was use and reuse and it's been stupid to think that it was only to clothe HER. I'm an historian & I studied both the Anc. Regime hst & Versailles life. I would have prefered to life in 18e than 19e. Especially in France.

  • She was 38 when she get killed.

    Yo young my ass.

  • I'm french and was raised with the idea that she was a selfish stupid and evil woman. But then I started looking in her biography...She was 12 when they trhowed her to france for god sacke! She was just an object in the hands of the court and her mother. And when the french people made the revolution, she had the courage to stand on the balcony...she just ran away to save her kids...im not proud of the french revolution...we killed a kid just for being the son of someone...Poor marie antoinette.

  • @apokryphos117g Aw thank you so much, that really does mean a lot that some one has taken t he time to read up on the subject and not just make assuming comments about her life, Your so kind :) Its a heavy read but well worth it. I havnt read her bio on Mary Queen of Scotts, I'll have to ored it!
