Yah, I know what a 3 Truck Shay is. I have 3 of them in HO scale. Custom built one of them and doing the same with another one right now. I'll PM you the link :3

@adfgfds Very few, Mostly plastic. They basically took their 2 truck shay chopped the fuel bunker and added a 3rd truck

Oh wow thats a shame. I wonder if any of the 3 truck G scale versions have metal parts? I recently had to buy some steel bevel gears for my HO 3 Truck Shay that I'm kit-bashing. The plastic ones cracked, and the engine is brand new. Bachmann should make them right if they intend to make them at all.

@adfgfds Well on your heisler the driveline is all metal. On their shay they used plastic parts so its much more important that you keep it lubricated.
