Kilborn was fecking terrible.
If you read 'American On Purpose', Craig admits that he thought he was a douche and much preferred working with his friend Jimmy Kimmel.

Kilborn seems to have an eye for potentially good shows but lacks the talent to pull them off. I know of two things so far that became good and popular after he left them. I wonder what he's doing now. We should keep an eye on it and wait for him to leave.
