The Graetz Mfg. MULTI-TOON Pontoon Transport Trailer is a revolutionary new open center drop frame trailer.
Design
• Low profile drop frame trailer is designed for hauling pontoon boats and pontoon platforms.
• Specially designed for triple pontoon boats with a larger pontoon in the center of the platform base, which runs the full length of the boat and any pontoon boat with a 50" measurement between the tubes.
• Revolutionary design enables the loading and unloading of a pontoon boat in shallow boat landings without having to back the towing vehicle deep into the water.
• Design also facilitates the loading and unloading of the pontoon boat onto blocks when dry-docking.
• Base and upper platform are constructed of heavy duty 2" X 4" x 3/16" rectangular steel tubing.
• Full-length carpeted guide rails are mounted on both sides of the riser platform to evenly guide the 2 or 3 tube boat without scratching the inner tubes.
Risers
• Risers are mounted on the base section of the trailer.
• This Multi-Toon Pontoon Transport Trailer works with a scissor action with 8 equal pivoting ladder (H Style) risers. The pivoting risers elevate the H-style ladder-lifting platform, which fits between pontoon #1 and the center pontoon and between the center pontoon and pontoon #3.
• Upper & lower pivoting areas of the riser have welded-in steel bushings, grade 5 or better axles through the bushings, and mounting pivot brackets welded to the base frame and to the lift platform sections.
Lift Platform
• Lift platform is designed with rectangle tube construction on each side, without the use of crossover supports from the right hand frame to the left hand frame, creating an open frame to allow the center pontoon to enter the lift system.
• When lifting, the platform is pivoted forward by the use of (H Style) tube-structured risers.
• The lift platform is lifted up from the base portion when the winch is activated.
Base Section
• Base frame trailer extends the full length of the pontoon boat (20-24 ft).
• It is designed to accept the larger center pontoon between the lift platform and the dropped main axles and cross members.
• The base section with two axles, leaf spring system and winch post is connected to a towing vehicle.
Winch
• The lift platform is elevated and lowered equally with every revolution of the manual brake winch, which is rated for 2500 lbs., using 3/16" aircraft cable to a double pulley system mounted on top of the lift station and actuated by use of a solid steel pulley (3) block & tackle system.
• Winch mounting platform will adapt for an electric winch system.

• Tandem 3,500 lb. axle with hydraulic or electric brake system on 4 leaf spring supports
• ST185/80D13" D 1610 lb. load range tires and galvanized rims
