@almcken Basically, there are no actual mirrors involved. The medicine cabinet has a blue-screen instead of a mirror on the door. The "running" sequence is one shot, and the "reaching in for pills" shot is another. Then they composited the "running" shot into the "reaching in" shot, in the blue-screen space on the cabinet door. You can notice at 0:19 that it's not a true reflection (different color sleeves).

@xmyboybuildscoffins0 There's this thing, I dunno if you've heard about it, called lighting. In the mirror shot the sleeves don't actually come out of the jacket and so they're a little bit darker. Even then you can still clearly tell they're the same colour. Why would she have changed clothes??

The sleeves are the same. You're seeing the jacket lining in the "mirror."
