it the battle of the storm! after seeing how perfect storm does tornados, I've founded the perfect opponent for him....

Perfect storm X: another cheapo with alot of high damaging moves. he can pull out alot of of supers and hypers, thanks to his regenerating super bar so he can spam alot of those quickly.

perfect storm's download: UNLINKABLE! dued to unauthorized sprite/code release so you are going to have to hunt for him. the creator is The Disciple X.

I have this character! It's surprising just how many blatant edits of both Tetsu and Silent Storm there are out there. I'll bet XCalibreBlade is really, REALLY pissed about that.
