It is a good time to have a new high efficient heating and/or cooling system installed. The federal government is giving a 30% up to 1500.00 tax credit. For 90% AFUE heating system. And 16 SEER/13EER colling..
Programmable thermostat do held but I like to be comfortable. If your HVAC system is 15years or older it is a good time to replace it with new high efficient equipment. Makes us less dependent on fossil fuels..
