last question, what is the level cap in this game? also does the skills have a cap?, and is it possible that you max them all?

I once had the first champions game, but sadly I didn't finish it and the disc broke. recently I went back to playing ps2 games and I started with Return to Arms. tried the Arena, from a scratch level 1 character. I couldn't make it past wave 9, with those fire emitting creatures. I would always die. Decided that since there was an import character option it'd be better if I'd start from the first Champions and import my character to return to arms.
