Hello everyone,
brogue - Toronto's New Irish Dance Sensation - will be appearing live at My Place'sEast Coast Village.
In the heart of Bloor West Village, My Place -- a Canadian Pub -- is proud to open its new event venue with brogue on October 31.
Leading the way, brogue will be the first of many premiere acts to appear at this beautiful new room.
Get ready for a night of pipes and fiddle, song and dance, special guests and surprises, as brogue's Dan MacDonald is joined by two local icons of the Canadian folk tradition: Brian Pickell on guitar, banjo and vocals, and Ross Griffiths on Highland and Irish pipes, and whistle. Combined with the energy, excitement and dynamic drive of four elite members of the world dance stage, brogue promises to set the standard. Don't miss this exciting night as brogue and this beautiful new venue work together to shine light on the Scottish and Irish traditions inherent in Canada's own maritime identity.
