This art of streching is just god when you hawe some flexibility. When you are wery flexible but you need a litle bit more. Than its ok. But Otherwise no.

when i do a kick above someones hip the back muscle of my thigh hurt is it because i'm stretching to much?

@YoungKoolness17 : You must have pulled your muscle not too long ago. It means that you might have over stretched or pulled your muscle while doing excessive training.
