Wow, i'll never be able to do that. Grats. :28- :39 you body spends energy just trying to hold up the weight, its your max take ur time and rest if you need to(before lifting the weight)

more like behind the neck split jerks with a press out but hey thats olympic lifting stuff, not too bad form for a power lifter. also if u had a glute injury, olympic lifting movements involve more of the back, lowerback, glutes, and leg muscles more so

@olylifter69kg Yeah, I wasn't exactly sure what to call what I was doing in this video. I was initially trying to do jerks, but I had such a huge press-out that I called it a push press. :)
The glute injury that I had was only bothered at a certain hip angle. As long as I didn't close my hips too far, I was fine. Thankfully that's behind me now.
