Hey, pretty good lesson man, one question, when your bridging those notes with your ring finger @2:30 do you let it ring when you sweep? is that normal? I'm practicing sweeping in several positions that involve bridging but it leaves an annoying ringing sound, which is why I ask. should i practice with out bridging to eliminate the sound or is there a more efficient way to bridge?

After watching some of the other vids posted by this dude it's pretty clear he has no idea what he's talking about, and yet he'll ramble on and on regardless. This guy loves to hear himself talk. What an embarrassingly uninformed video. Don't act like you know, ask so you can learn.
