Colin Firth and Tom Ford have created an instant classic. You're immediately drawn in from the second this movie begins and you're engulfed in a bittersweet state until the very last credit has faded to black. I've seen it many times, and each time you pick up just a bit more. Ford's brilliance is evident in every scene, every second. Bravo, Tom! Bravo, Colin!

i watched this film yesterday, sharp direction with beautiful costume & art design! it's like watching baz luhrmann meeting wong kar wai! colin firth is superb and julianne moore should have been nominated for oscar instead of vera farmiga. highly recommended!
