Ukrainian Soldiers in Iraq

Another compilation of pictures of Ukrainian troops in Iraq (2003-2005).

While in Iraq the Ukrainian contingent:

Disposed of 1.8 mln units of explosive ordnance;
Confiscated 825 firearms and 165000 units of ammunition (including artillery shells);
Conducted 3000 convoys and 14000 patrols;
Trained and certified 6000 Iraqi soldiers;
Implemented over 350 reconstruction projects in the Wasit province (built 16 schools, 7 kindergartens, 4 transport highways, 3 electric power transmission lines, fixed 4 water supply stations);
Provided medical help to nearly 40000 Iraqis.
