How MORONIC to say: "the consciousness of owning a gun amplifies violent thoughts." Quite the opposite. Owning a firearm is a responsibility to be taken seriously, which amplifies sobering thoughts about the responsibility that requires, as well as the responsibility to be trained to judge correctly when and how to use it. Any responsible gun owner does not wantonly endanger himself others, or do so to show off, or to just look for trouble. You are glad to own one, but hope to never use it.

@heilong79 Go on and live in your fantasy world where YOU think that if someone attacks you with a knife, gun, baseball bat, etc..., that you are supposed to punch them, or give up and act like a surrender monkey. Guns are for realists, thinking that "guns are for weaklings", makes you a naive weakling. Maybe you need to get the shit beat out of you or shot at by the IRA, just so you can wake up on planet earth and realize that there are evil people in the world.

I'm not a gun nut, but I am a gun owner and believe that people should be allowed to own guns ( I live in a rough area), so if this movie is some kind of cheesy, preachy movie about how guns are super evil, I'll probably just rent it.
