@TheTNWWrestling I'd definitely put the two games at equal levels. It's just a different kind of rpg. Chrono Trigger is more about exploration and sidequests, but Mother 3 is more about a focused storyline. Both games have close to perfect combat, music, and characters.

@TheTNWWrestling Well, the battle system is pretty cool with the rhythm combos, but Chrono Trigger is definitely better. You should definitely play it, though. It is worth every second and every tear.

Ya know, I've never played Mother 3, and I wanna know; is the gameplay good? I know the story and music are good, but if the gameplay is crap it doesn't matter. How is it? Is it better than my favorite RPG of all time, Chrono Trigger?
