Easy Home Brewing Beer with Honey

Instead of just using sugar in your extract brew, why not use something with flavor. Honey is easily accessible and a great substitute for plain old sugar.

I just today starting an experiment in brewing some honey-wine, or meed, using just water, honey and some hops. How long should you wait before worrying about your airlock not bubbling? Should it take hours or days?

@RandomGuy995 I didn't like the brew I made with maple syrup. I bought the expensive stuff too. Maybe just a little 'in addition to' sugar. Dry malt extract works much better, and although it's expensive, it's cheaper than the good maple syrup.

@phantomshtter Sandbox? Whatever dude. My videos are geared toward those who, like myself, don't have easy access to grains and hops, and the ones I can get are expensive. My question to you is, "when are you going to realize that all grain is not for everyone?".
