My new 1970's Ford/Superior and 1980's IHC/Wayne buses!

I made a deal to buy these today from a church and will be getting them towed home soon.
The Superior has coach-style seats and appears to have air conditioners. It is probably around a 1976.
The Wayne has had all the glass busted out by vandals so I think I will remove most of the top and turn it into an open topped bus which may be able to serve as a parade vehicle. It is an IH 345 gas.
The Ford I think is gas too but not sure what type of engine as I couldn't get the hood open.
I'll have many more videos of the repair progress!

Both the Superior and the new Wayne were $250 each.

Y'know, the more I think about it... since these have been vandalized, ya might want to check the fuel tanks and make sure those kids didn't pour sugar in the gas tanks.

Yeah I know what you mean! I will start them up off fresh fuel in the gas can as I don't know what the fuel in the tanks is like.

Oh man, the first time I ever rode in a Superior (1979 International model with five speed standard transmission), a fist fight broke out three rows ahead of me, and the driver slammed on the brakes to stop the bus and kick both combatants off.

I actually wanted to buy a IH Diesel Thomas from the school district I went to HS in the early 90's but unfortunately never got around to it. I don't think I've ever seen any Thomas buses on your videos, were they not popular where you're at?

I have a 1979 Superior/International that is now in storage and someone stole my radiator. I'm dying to get it running again, but money is an issue.
