Yes. Some Prison systems test inmates. I was offered an opportunity to work in the GED program assisting other inmates while incarcerated. Ga however is no longer the Department of Rehabilitation. It is the Department of Corrections.

I was laid off 2 years ago from my job with a company that went to China thanks to Obama's exorbitant new tax-regulations on US job creators.

I just sold my only vehicle because I'm $6,786 in credit card debt buying food, I can't get welfare because my credit score is too high and because I'm a white male, never mind I have custody of my 3 kids!

Yet I keep seeing pimped-out black & latino gangsters driving up in diamond-blinged Mercedes and paying for everything with welfare debt cards, WTF?!!!

Heh heh, that's so funny! Here's a similar story: when I was in french class (in university), we were learning how to french-ify the names of our home countries. The teacher had everyone go to the board and write down their country in french-form. The only black student in the class went up to the board and wrote "africa". The teacher pretended to look shocked and said, "You come from every country in Africa? Amazing!" It made the entire class laugh.

@tmotofga - very similar, except I am a white female. Thank God no kids. Every job I have applied for, has been secured by a black or hispanic. One lady, a black lady that I know, was hired for the same job I applied for because the hiring manager (another black lady) and her are good friends. I see the same thing at grocery store. Debit card for me Lone star for the lady with 4 kids and can't speak english. Me racist? Married to a black man for 25 years. WTF??
