My check is on my way. Zainab Salbi, co-founder of Women for Women International uses few words to say what a PhD on Feminism would spend an entire term on campus. Zainab's actions in one trip to a conflict zone applies true foreign affairs, true humility, true human to human connection that many of our religious organizations, diplomats, bankers, media, military, and political figures should have never forgotten about. I just finished reading her book literally 5 minutes ago, and I loved it so much. She is an incredible woman with an incredible story. I wish more people in the world could be like her.

This woman is really an inspiration to not just women around the world but to all of those who fight for justice for women. I've read probably 100's of books and none of them has had the impact that her book Between Two Worlds had on me. At times it almost brought me to tears but I could not put it down. Zainab, you really are a hero in my eyes,please continue your wonderful work being the voice of so many abused women around the world God bless you.

I just finished reading Zainab's book last week. I couldn't put it down. It was amazing. SHE is amazing. And as she and I are roughly the same age, it was very humbling to read about so much of what she went through emotionally and physically and every other way under Saddam's rule, while I lived happily in the US and had no clue of any of this. She is a hero! I advise ALL to find and read her book Between Two Worlds!!
