Or just go take off the nozzle and remove the rubber O-ring and rub it between your fingers......Omg! the black is coming off! Ya thats Bromine, we also have flouride in it too! see many people say they had a quaker parrot and it went into the pool and died from Chlorine and Bacteria..
-
Chemicals have some bacteria in the pool and germs from people going in and the germs and bacteria and chlorine can harm the bird, But its not our descision its the owners choice, if she wants her bird to get sick let her its not our concern.

EVERYBODY its the owner's CHOICE whether to put the bird in the pool or not. I mean COME ON why is everybody making a big deal i mean the chemicals can harm the bird thats True I agree but its her choice not ours, let the owner deal with it, but i agree the chemicals Can Harm the Quaker Parrot but u have to check its body for any illness..
oh my gosh, I hope your not the idiot that you very wel could be D:
that bird can drown! DX
also; pools have Clorene (is that how you spell it?) in the water, which can seriously damage your birds Feathers and digestive system. :/
If your bird wants a bath, fill your tub with shallow water from the tap and let him/her do it there D:

NightmareSkittlesz...
You call me an idiot? I am surprised you can spell idiot!
If it really does bother you that my bird is in my own pool maybe I should inform you that I a entirely aware of ALL chemical compounds in my pool. There is far LESS chlorine in my pool and the PH balance is more stable than any tap water. But thanks for your colorful comment anyway :)
