Ha, that hat is a "Charlie one horse" hair on hide overlay. They make them in all sorts of styles, patterns and types. Some of them are over the top, but a few actually have a catchy look. Google em and you'll see all their stuff.

Who cares how silly the hats look, at least they're not wearing fake tails.....Now that WOULD be ridiculous.

yes, the red hat looks nice with him but I don't like it when people do something like a cow pattern hat in a horsemanship class!
