Penny farthing riders from around the world have taken to the streets of London for the first time in 100 years for a race.
Thirty-two (32) riders from as far away as Australia, Canada and America competed in this one off race which the organisers are now hoping will become an annual event.
The race was part of the IG Markets London Nocturne, a cycle event which is now in its fifth year.
The race was dominated by three (3) riders who led from the start. In the end the winner of the Inaugural Brooks Ordinary Trophy was number 14 Jim Brailsford (in a black and green top) who managed to hold off a late challenge from Steve George and Guy Peterson.
