Motorcycle Road-Trip Through The Chinese Countryside. A Canon 7D Short Film

My friends and business partners Colin, Josh and I went on a motorcycle trip for a week around Dali, China in Yunnan province as it is one of our favorite areas. We took our new Canon 7Ds and took tons of footage in high definition at 24p. We had a nice little adventure and it was lots of fun. We were also lucky enough to arrive in Dali at the beginning of the annual March fair (Lunar) so we were able to see the horse races and a very large week-long market with people from all over China participating.

We have lived in China for many years and are all fluent in Chinese. We also know the area pretty well so getting around was easy enough though there were a few technical difficulties from time to time :) But that's what makes it interesting.

@JRamsay123 We're not 100 percent sure what that is, we thought maybe it was an otter but aren't sure. There are some medicines in Chinese medicine that use different dried animals in powder form mixed with many other things to make certain kinds of medicine, like the lizard that I almost licked is apparently really good for the lungs when mixed with other stuff.

Yes beautiful. I would like to take a dirt bike around some countries like that. I am sure you experience a closer connection to the cultures and locals that way.
