@russkisambist7 Im doing just fine, how is everything with you and the school? And Yes, i have been thinking about coming back to the school lately. I miss the classes and competition. I went by the old location in Florida not to long ago when i was working out there and noticed you had moved. Where are you located now and what is your new schedule?

Ultimate Sambo is a great school I used to train there a few years ago and have nothing but good memories..

sambo is effective and efficient. I'm just starting to learn it, but as a wrestler I can say sambo is no joke
