_______________________________________________________ The next morning, Miley had awoken to the sound of talking down the stairs-rather yelling then talking. She quickly changed out of her night wear and to a floweral dress that clinged onto her her curves. She let her auburn hair cascade down her shoulders. She reached down the stairs, and listened to adult coversation.

"Your family needs to stop trying to take the throne away from us!" Miley heard her mother's voice yell and echo through the palace.

Then she heard an unfamiliar voice ring through her ears. "You know the throne is rightfully ours after your husband past away!"

Miley gasped, and ran to the kitchen to be greeted by the maid. "What's happenin in there?"

The maid looked at her sadly. "Since your father had past, the Jonas family has been trying their hardest to take the throne away. This time they wanted to their son to ask for your hand in marrige."

Miley ran her fingers through her hair. But then, the name Jonas became familiar to her. "Nicholas?" She asked the maid.

"Yes, the boy's name is Nicholas. But he refused to ask for your hand and ran out of the dining hall to the garden."

Miley didn't reply to the maid, instead she ran towards the garden and saw the familiar boy from the night before, standing by the fountain.
"Nicholas?!" She yelled across the feild, and saw the curly haired boy turn around. She finally reached towards him. "I heard what has been happening" She explained.

"To be honest, this was my parents idea." He stated simply. Looking back at the fountain.

"Then why are you so down?" She asked lifting his chin, so he could meet her gaze.

He stared into her peircing blue orbs for a couple of seconds before responding. "I want your hand in marrige."
