@1leadking Curious; were the bodies intact? or just skeletons? that must have been a sobering and sad sight.

I have been on two shipwreck in Lake Superior and have seen the bodies of the crew members. They are between 60-80 years old and look all white and are carved out of Ivory soap. Over time the acually look like they are melting. It is true that Lake Superior does not give up its dead.

these clips just look similar to titanic wreck

The You Tube Video "Grave Robbers of the Great Lakes" Documents how the divers stole a wedding ring off a dead mans finger.

You ever encounter any corpses in these things? I have always heard that 'Superior never gives up her dead', but I read something that said someone photographed skeletons in that ship. I always thought the waters in Lake Superior were so cold it was supposed to perfectly preserve the lost seamen. Anyway, it would scare the shit out of me seeing a dead person in the dark caverns of a ship like that. Thanks for the video.

Hi. There are remains on the Superior City. On the video, you can just make out a skull where the ladder is lying on the deck. The first time that I saw it, it did spook me out. There is skull and a leg bone evident on the deck. I am glad that you enjoyed the video. Safe diving
