I don't have the plans but it was exactly 8'x8' with a 4:4 roof:
(3) 2x8 PT boards placed on end like runners
2x4 frame on top of that with joists 12" on centre
(2) 4x8 pieces of OSB as the floor
The walls were 2x4, 6' high and 16" on centre
The roof was 2x4 16" on centre

Yeah, it sucked. The shed is built on two pieces of 3/4" OSB so it's exactly 8x8.

Not much! The neighbors broke in, stole my tools, then left the county. I sold then land shortly after but the last time I drove by the new owners were still using it :)
