I was having issue with the "FREEZING ERROR" also but i found an solution:

Right click ABSINTHE and click Troubleshoot Compatibility (window service pack 2 for me and it should work!

What should i do when i keep getting a message saying " your iphone try to jailbreak but it failed, unplug to if u want to jailbreak" and when i do it it keeps on giving me the same message....i dont know what to do, please help

@XCaseyJones i had jailbroke my iPad 2 and it didn't open after rebooting it. I didn't understand what the problem was because i have a jailbroken iPod Touch since 2 years. And i think you can't fix the problem.
