  • Your timing and body mechanics are spot on and it looks like you have a good sense of how the movements relate to an opponent.

  • Thank you for your nice comment. I went to your site and was very impressed with the quality of your teaching. Loads of information presented in a clear fashion. Keep up the good work.

  • This was awesome

    thank you

  • @TheGreatMalefic Exactly, i would really like to meet waysun liao as i have trained under his student(gary clyman) I have his entire system and i have been zapped by him and given him and his students full blown boxing type hooks to the liver and spleen areas, and they didnt tense up!

  • Thank you Master Gilman, your explanations have really helped my understanding.

My Master is very knowledgeable, but unfortunately his Chinese is better than his English. I now understand what I'm learning. Very nice!! I'm looking forward to your other videos.

  • Man, your Taichi is empty and lacking of it's true meaning!

Fly to chicago and pay Waysun Liao a private session.

Let him demonstrate his Jing to you WITHOUT touching you!

THEN you will know what Taichi REALLY is about....

So far, you wasted over 40 years, dude...

  • Thank you so much!

  • Thank you :) I think the Youtube age is helping to improve the level of information available to people who want to study Tai Chi, especially as each lineage tends to keep different bits of the puzzle to itself. So I was able to learn reeling silk in depth through the Chen Panling lineage, fajin + flow and counterflow rotation in the Chen lineage, momentum with the Zheng Manqing lineage... with the internet people can learn a lot, but of course a good teacher helps to observe and correct as well
