THE 6000 year old CREATION?

@hopperd9ify A circle is not always a sphere. I circle can be flat or spherical so just cause the bible calls it a circle does not prove your point... Also the bible does talk about the Four corners of the earth. a round earth or even a circle earth that is flat can not have four corners there fore your bible contradicts itself, and that is one of hundreds of scriptures that contradicts another scripture, you should really read the bible, I have and thank goodness, because it made me an atheist.

your body is made of atoms .... the same as the universe, does that mean .. that when you die you go to " heaven" meaning your atoms returning to the universe. I mean COME ON!!! you can interparate any thing in the bible to suit your needs. Science tells us exactly what we are, were we are from and how we got there. Creationalists tells us " god did it" thats it, thats all that can be descibed "my invisible friend did it" thats what children say.

In the same verse, God tells us, through the prophet Isaiah, that "He is the one who spread out the heavens like a curtain". Wow, that sounds eerily similar to a universe expanding. Scientists didn't become aware of this until the early 1900's A.D. (after death). Isaiah wrote this passage of scripture around 700 B.C. (before Christ). Therefore, please don't tell me that i beieve the Earth is flat, and, thank God's holy word for letting us know the truth about his glorious CREATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

where in the bible does it say that the earth is flat? Again, it's difficult to believe what "scientists" say. Isaiah 40:22 states; "It is God who sits above the circle of the earth. The people below must seem to him like grasshoppers! He is the one whom spreads out the heavens like a curtain and makes his tent from them". This one verse written by the prophet Isaiah tells us that the earth has a shperical shape. It doesn't stop there though, it also tells us that the universe is expanding.

Wow guys.  This is all really funny. How a person can believe these people... which one am I talking about though... the christians or the scientific teachers? I think both sides need to CALM DOWN. Neither one of them is hurting the other and neither is LYING!!! One side is just wrong... so what. Get over it!!!

Even if we grant Mr Ham his hypothesis, that still does not prove the bible. Like Mr Hitchens used to say: "Put 'reverend' in front of someones name and they think they can get away with anything." accepting Mr Ham's hypothesis does not prove Christianity by default, let alone his very narrow interpretation of it. There are older religions than judaism, does his hypothesis prove that Amen-Ra or Lord Krishna are the creator? His logic is illogical.

Didnt they have to stop construction on the creationist museum for a little while after breaking ground? What was the reason again? Oh yeah, they found fossils that were MILLIONS of years old. They spent 25 million dollars building this place. This is why we all dont have flying cars or live on mars....religion. Science puts planes in the air. Religion puts planes into buildings.
