  • Your asking the wrong person, I don't use DCC on my layout. All connections are soldered. All mainline trackage is soldered at the three foot length. I've recently replaced all the trackage in redford engine yard, redford yard, redford industrial area, whitney industrial area, and bluington engine yard. Replacing fifty year old brass track. I can recommend PECO turnouts.

  • Great video. I'm a bit bold ( also hairless), you have to get a better camera.

  • Yes, your right of course---check out some of my more recent videos and you'll see some HD that I made with my new Canon.

  • Thre won't be any future layouts as I'm falling down the other side of the hill. I put up that mural when I was 65, it was quite ammusing. I used old boat cushions to disapate my weight and stripped to prevent my clothes from catching on the scenery. dispite all my planning I ended up getting stuck. I put my knee on the sock I had on my other foot and couldn't move. I had a good laugh over that one. The mural came out near perfect as you can see--Walthers carries this type.

  • nice layout

  • Thanks, I'm trying to put up more videos when I have the time. I'm trying to figure out how to put some HD recordings I made the other day.

  • Hi ! i just start my own layout with flextrack ! my first experience ever .

    2major question...

1 - did any terminal Atlas..i mean old terminal for H0...can be used to plug my DCC machine to the track???

2-What turnout i should buy! once again i see some dcc turnout?? old turnout dosent work ???

ps i go for DCC loco and layout! my hobbyshop said its THE thing to have more control on your engine ...anyways

nice layout by the way thanks if someone can help!

  • nice layout - i like the way it's set in the desert> not perticually many desert-based layouts - i like the way your trains are equiped with sound speakers - they really bring it to life. I am currently trying to put up a film of my layout - not currently as up to scratch as yours! Good luck for any of your future layouts!

  • I take out the electronics and install two caps. and a speaker. I operate two different sound throttles for the sound. twelve speakers are around the layout to suppliment the on board speakers. two amplifers connect to the twelve speakers.
