The Disney college program is basically a paid internship to work with disney for a time anywhere between one and two college semesters. There are a selection of classes you can choose to take, which mostly deal with business, but they welcome people from any major. There are tons of different jobs you can do: dining, character performer, photo-pass photographer, etc. Just google Disney College and there's a great website that tells all about it.

What exactly IS the disney college program? Which is better, Disneyland, or Disneyworld for the program? I've always thought it'd be cool as hell to work with Disney; I've loved it since I was a kid. Is it like a real college sort of, or does it specialize in anything? What are the interviews like, is it big, small? I am already heading off to NAU (Northern Arizona), but can I go there for a semester?
