Plot: Larxene never really trusted Axel. She knew what kind of person he was, and that was the kind who only cared about himself. However, when he mentions how he was in on the plan, Larxene begins to doubt it. Larxene can tell the others trust him, but she refuses to. She flirts with Axel to see if she can find a reaction, but all that happens is that she falls for him. Larxene puts all of her strength into her job and goes the extra mile when antagonizing Sora, Repliku, and Namine. However, this is all just a ruse to impress Axel and to hide her own doubt. When Axel does betray them, she is angry yet not surprised. Still, she wonders how it is that people believe what he says is true. Before she goes, she catches a moment of the real Axel, the one she knew was there all along who never cared for her. Larxene dies, but in the end she has the last laugh. After all, she knew what she was dying for, but Axel would never know what he lived for, since he ended up losing it with Larxene.
