I have a 00 tundra with Flowmaster exhaust and it sounds pretty good. About how much HP gain was there with the TRD exhaust compared to stock? Yeah the price is kind of high for the kit but you're getting a stainless steel setup unlike for $339 like I paid for. In three years, I had to replace it due to rust.

Actualy i prefer the sound of a Flowmaster 40.
Now it sounds a bit like 2.5 diesel engine.
1.154$ is way to much i guess.

@lifeisgood62 well the horse power will be about the same prob like 2+hp with TRD. The TRD works better because it was desgined for the truck. The whole exhaust was desgined to work with the air flow and fuel mixture, plus you keep your warranty. The magnaflow sounds a little better but the TRD was specially desgined by toyota to work with that engine. I have the TRD exhaust and it sound really good and the stock dyno was 385hp and after the exhaust it was 401hp. This is my personal results tho.

$1,154?! I paid only $300 plus tax for mine and they are custom pipes with a Magnaflow muffler. I have a video of me revving it on my page.

And you can get like a jardine for like 250? And they sound fine. 1,000 on exhaust is retarded.
Youtube won't let me post the link, but the full review is on the blog. The list price of the parts is $1,154, but it was installed for a little less than that with a discount.
