My 2008 Yamaha R6, doing a fly by on Sunrise Hwy, up on the backroads in San Diego, So Cali.

This is a remote section of Sunrise Hwy, just west of junction 79, south east of Julian
I let Chris (McKnight12345) "enjoy" riding the R6 so I could film this shot.

In theory, if he hadn't have stuck to the speed limit which being a law abiding individual im sure he did, what speed would that thing hit?

Bike tops out around 160.  can't quite hit that on that road because you'll run out of real estate! ! Dont wanna overshoot that turn!

@TheJMcDizzy The reason for this is the theoretical top speed without wind resistance is what they advertise some times.

@sdrob01 ive had my 08 r6 at 167 and that was 5th topped.... rated top speed for the 08 was 178
