im having problems with them now. i managed to get the payment for council tax down to £200 but as the job i was working at shut down so i was unable to pay, they put it back up to over £500 any advice people can give me. im trying to also join the marines and hope this wont affect me getting in??

phillips scumbag bailiffs are based at faverdale industrial estate,darlington if anyone wants to go and smack them or harrass them in their vehicles like they did me

Never admit that you have a title, ie: Mr, Mrs, etc because its their crafty legal way of getting you to admit that you owe them money and you will be entering into a contract with them by admitting you have a title. Look into common law. There is a difference between legal and lawful. What they are doing is not lawful.

I owe money to Npower and I am paying it back slowly. However, they passed the debt onto rossendales and its killing them that I won't pay them! LOL - they keep threatening me with court and in reality there's nothing they can do because I'm actually paying Npower so it wouldn't stand up in court. More fool them for buying the debt! I made no contract with Rossendales so I refuse to do business with them. I dont think they come across people like me often.

@parautd4eva get it right next time you moron. I dont agre with people just REFUSING to pay council tax when i do etc etc..i work hard and serve my country ..however baliffs are nothing but thugs..uneducated monkeys who abuse their power, lie about what powers they do have and i always reccomend people video record them if they turn up as nine times out of ten the little wankers slip up and misrepresent the extent of just what they can do. Its ok because they can be had by the law for it.
