What a dum...ass lol Blue screen of death new feature of windows login screen waiting time error deed I get that right lol. Wow some people don't know anything about hardware confuguration wow lol. look at the error message look it up boot it from safe mode and fix it.

Fix it with system configuration.click service and click hide microsoft service .and click disable all.and go to start up and click disable all and click apply and ok.and click restart.And the error will now gone.

My laptop also crashed just after 1 second when the Log-In Screen appears
and while loading the desktop. I do not use the laptop because windows fails to start

not logging in shouldn't trigger a blue screen error, that is usually caused by bad or outdated drivers, and viruses cause them too
