Kristina Jackson, a pastry chef for Real Food Daily and a nutrition consultant with a degree from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, shows you how to make vanilla almond milk.
I recommend a quality blender (Blendtec, Vitamix) for this job. Regular household blenders probably won't do the job of liquefying the almonds, and you can even see in this video that there are bits and pieces of almond in there.
Also recommend you strain it through cheesecloth if you want it really smooth.
