hey man, can u tell me an easy way to find rare itens like this 4th weapon?

there really isent the only easy way is to do it on hard and not chaos i do mine on hard and my items i use are very high lvl and i still have a hard time
to get high lvl items you need to fight on maxed out lvls like Nan Man side of Nan man battle
