I think that lighter is NOT the correct size for your car. It's probably a cheap "universal" replacement piece from Autozone. Go to the dealership and get an OE replacement!

@studiologos619 stupid ford focus? i have an 03 focus with 165,000 hard miles and with the original engine. and its still running strong. ill buy american anyday. i rather have raw american power than exaggerated electronics that are not needed in a vehicle.
