Today's origami lesson is ninety-eight in the series. Today we will go back to making containers and boxes. We will make an octagon box. This origami requires a lot of paper - you will need 8 pieces for the base alone. Again these are assembled like a puzzle. Each piece is folded the same and then put together. These boxes take a little time to make, but the result is really beautiful.

@missabbys1 I was using Tomoko Fuse's Joyful Origami Boxes for this series. The book may be hard to get these days, but the library is my best resource for all of my origami.
