Vinny is putting same numbers as Pleckanec in a bad year. For Pleckanec it's his best year ever and it's sure that is the best he would get. You live in the past. Lecavalier hasn't been the same since his knee injury. He has two elite players to leach off of and he still can't beat Plekanec. He's a 65-70 point player now and has produced accordingly the last two seasons. Pleks is also a 65-70 point player and is proving last season was just an off year. French people put so much pressure on French players...no wonder they don't want to play in Montreal. Lecavalier would be expected to be a 100 point guy as you proved.

He's a 65-70 point player (like I said last year) for 3 straight years now and even though he's by far the highest paid forward he's a FAR #3, racking up his point on the stacked Lightning's powerplay. He's not even facing opponent's #1 shutdown unit. He makes almost 8 mil and signed for another decade. Plekanec's bettr even strength, faces opponent's best players, will continue to put up similar pts all at 3mil cheapr. hate on
