Pretty much what I do for any loads. You start with a known shooting recipe minus 10% the recommended powder and work up the powder until I get the best groups. Then swich the bullets and find out which bullet works best, adjusting powder accordingly. Keep tight records of all of it and keep everything else consistent: shell, primers etc... Then I stick to that load all year round. Glad to see the best shooters are doing the same thing... or about the same. an eye opener
