  • Nice job. I like hearing how other people play this Frenchish piece. I'm guessing you're not French by the English on your page?

I played this for my junior year jury MEMORIZED! one of the hardest things to commit to memory. Learning the patterns of the recet and accidentals and double flats etc. ugh! ;-P

I do want to ask if you meant to put the squeeze at 4:06 like your cool jazz version, or was a little chip? ;-) also, if there was a reason you didn't use 123 for the last Gb trill? thanks!

  • @jnurin thanks for the comments. 4:06 was an accidental flip. I play more jazz than classical and it slips out every once in a while. No specific reason for the gb trill fingering, that's just the way I like to do it.

  • Thanks

  • That's really good man, i would just give you a little tip, relax you mouth in the lower register if possible, that would lat the sound better, and make the lower register sound with the same sound of the medium/high register... Hugs from Brazil

  • just ahhhhhhmazing!

  • @jerrygoodnght the book is like 50 bucks, any music store can probably order it for you. Its called "Theo CHARLIER" 36 Etudes Transcendantes
