Shane begged for Jenny's forgivness and told her that she knew her better than anyone else before Jenny even did that. Marina was Jenny's first love and never told her about Francesca so I'm not surprised that she reacted that way. Jenny was a little crazy, but we all are sometimes. If it were not for Jenny hiding the letter from Molly away in the attic and Shane knew about it earlier, Shane would have gone back to Molly so soon and at the same time she would avoid having trysts with Nikki and other girls.
