@questx14 WELL SAID

The world, or the US, specifically, consists of people who are extremely ignorant and apathetic about what is going on in the Wall Street. That is evident from the total number of viewers of this video (<20,000). People just don't care. All they care is Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber and the likes. That is why this sort of obvious Ponzi can be perpetrated easily by crooks, from left to right.

They start with Bienes the liar and end with Bienes the liar

The man is no different than anyone else in the top 1%. The owner of the company I work for keeps telling me if I sell enough he'll throw me a bone, yet for every dollar I make I see a penny. If I make $2 i see 1.5cents. So hes still on top in the end. The government spends money it doesn't even have yet, knowing that ppl will always pay taxes... just like a ponzi scheme works as long as you have new investors.

@bjornsiborgsi You are, beyond the shadow of doubt, one of the most idiotic brainwashed people I've ever had the misfortune to hear from. How is keeping up a falsehood for decades a good thing? Don't you understand how many lives were ruined by this fraud?
Oh wait, you do realize it, but since millionaires lost money, it's all ok.
You're an idiot to believe that every millionaire deserves to lose his money and become as poor as I presume you are to believe something so myopic.
-
madoff is a hero. he kept up a falsehood for decades in the heart of new york, escaped the government several times, lived the life of a king, and duped snotty millionaires around the world that had it coming to them. long live the king

There is no such thing as an "honorable suicide"...the only honorable way out is to "do the time for the crime!"
-
The only reason people like Madoff were ever successful in their schemes is because people are stupid. 20% guaranteed return? You all know how that saying goes "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". There's no such thing as easy money in this world. Someone is going to have to pay for it in the end. And in this case is Bernie with his life and the ignorant investors' life savings.
-
honourable suicide bah!, that's the cowards way out.
