Thank you for writing in reply to my post; this arrangement is very much indicative of the music Tom made, and still plays I imagine. He played this arrangement for me perhaps nearly 20 years ago. We shared music of all sorts, back when we were kids. Tom had a love of the guitar since I met him nearly 40 years ago. He was my Best Man, at my wedding, in 1990, and I moved out of State, shortly after. We visited a few times, in the early 90's; then we grew apart. He's always been an inspiration.

ps--your playing this arrangement of Silent Night makes me feel like I still have a small piece of my friend here with me now. It is very heart rending, but I am glad to have this piece to hold onto. Thank you for sharing this.

Tom Gannaway was my best friend, growing up. He played this arrangement of Silent Night for me, one of the last times we were visiting. I was _always_ in awe of his guitar playing. I have lost touch with him, and miss him dearly.
